Tomorrow morning we’ll be on the Dover - Dunkerque ferry!

Update

I wrote that just before we set off for Dover on Wednesday 8th August.  The drive to Dover went quickly and smoothly, except for being stuck in traffic for a short while on the M25, but that’s to be expected.

When we arrived at my Nana’s in Dover, it turned out her husband Keith had prepared a beautiful curry, and since we hadn’t eaten during the 6 hour journey it came greatly appreciated.  It was served with garlic bread and a beer.  Again, greatly appreciated.

We went to a local bar for a quick pint before bed, to get some much needed sleep for the start of our big adventure!
